John Hann Jr. a former long time resident of Manville, NJ died January 14,2012, peacefully at his residence in Gulfport, MS. He was 69
John was Born in 1942, growing up in Manville, NJ. In Adulthood John joined the Armed Forces. Stationed in Hawaii where he served the U.S.A. Honorably.
John was also a long time employee of Harrah's Casino, eventually retiring as vice president of purchasing. He then moved south and worked at the Hard Rock , Beau Rivage, and other various Casinos.
John enjoyed antiquing, dancing, making people laugh, racing motorcycles with his son, and most of all eating his bologna and ketchup sandwiches.
John was pre-deceased by his beloved parents John and Mary Hann of Manville, NJ and his grandfather John Chonko also of Manville, NJ.
John is survived by his son Scott Hann and Daughter in Law Adrianne of Biloxi,MS,His sister Dorothy Palovick, Sister Sandra Mehalick and Brother in Law Joseph Mehalick all residents of Manville,NJ, Also surviving his brother Keith Hann and Sister in Law Dianna Hann of Subiaco,AR lastly his God Daughter Keliann Payne of Oxford,N. J
John will be sorely missed by so many of His Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and Dear Friends.
A Mass in Johns Memory will held at 10:30 a.m. on February 5, 2012 at The Christ the King Church in Manville, Followed up by a Re pass at the Payne/Griswold Home located at 267 Summer Rd.Neshanic Station,NJ 08853
